GPS Mapping
Applied Environmental utilizes the
latest GPS equipment and software to accurately and precisely map the location
of virtually any type of object in the field. Not only do we accurately
map the location of objects, we collect information, or "attribute"
information, about objects. Power poles, manholes, road centerlines,
ditches, fire hydrants, trees, wetlands... you name it, we'll map it.
As with any GPS mapping project, we will deliver the data in the format you
specify, ready for use in your GIS or CAD application.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance is critical. Before we deliver any data, all data is evaluated for accuracy and precision in accordance to our
in-house data quality assurance protocols. Of course, we expect that our
clients will evaluate any data we present. We expect that. And
therefore, we guarantee the quality of the data we deliver.
